Domus Mea

This edition includes 5 motets for (mixed) boys’ choir, handbells and six orchestral percussionists and 3 motets a capella written in 2004 for the recording of the CD “Domus mea” by the Boys’ Choir of Riga Cathedral.

The sacred texts in Latin are the basis of this program. 

In the second edition prepared by the composer, the organ part was developed so that the compositions could be played without specific instrumental accompaniment. If other instruments are available in addition to the organ and choir, they can be used as additional elements in the arrangement, thus enriching the musical experience.
