Returns and Refunds
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
Some items are excluded from exchange:
– Vouchers and gift cards
– Downloadable software products and music files
We will need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is possible:
– Music sheets with obvious signs of use
– CDs when the case has been opened.
– Any other item that is not in original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
– Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for a refund to be posted.

On Sale Items
Only regular price items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchange
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item, email us at hello@nordbornverlag.de and send the item to:

You must pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. Shipping costs are not refundable.
If you are returning more expensive items, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Cancellation policy
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (NORDBORN Musikverlag UG (haftungsbeschränkt, Auf der Höhe 9, 42553 Velbert)) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail to hello@nordbornverlag.de). You can use the enclosed sample revocation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods backor until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiration
of the deadline of fourteen days. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
